A vintage fashion show, featuring a gorgeous collection from the 1960s and 70s, happens at the Walla Walla Country Club Saturday, May 3, 2-4 P.

(If you are like me, calling the 1960s and 70s “vintage” is a jarring concept, but here we are. . .)

Over 40 ensembles from the collection of Geraine Hansen will be modeled by twelve volunteers from the Walla Walla community, including several members of PEO Chapter CN (myself included), the organization staging the event. Proceeds go toward supporting PEO State and International scholarship and loan programs for women pursuing further education, both academic and technical. Tickets are $35, plus Eventbrite’s processing fee.

The show features an era-specific playlist, curated for each outfit. Refreshments will be served during intermission; no-host wine bar is also available.
